Part 1. Android 5.0 Lollipop to Android 5.1.1

Firstly, tap "Setting" > "About Phone" > "Build number", then tap it seven times to call for the note "You are now a developer!"

Now return to "Setting" screen. Tap "Setting" > "Developer Options" > "USB Debugging". Finally press the "OK" option.

Part 2. Android 4.2 Jelly Bean to Android 4.4.4

Find out "Setting" option and tap it. Move to "About Phone" screen and tap "Build number" 7 times till a signal telling "You are under developer mode!"
Go back to the "Setting" screen and tap "Developer Options" > "USB Debugging".

Part 3. Android 3.0 Honeycomb to 4.1 Jelly Bean

Tap "Setting" and "Developer Options", then tap the box next to "USB Debugging". It allows you to connect your device to computer before you have enabled USB debugging.
