Guide: How to Recover Deleted Android Phone Numbers
Step 1. Connect Your Android to the Computer
In the beginning, download the software on your computer, install and run the program. Then connect your phone to the computer through the USB cable.

Step 2. Enable USB debugging on Your Android

Step 3. Scan for Lost Data
A window will appear and ask for your permission to scan for lost data. You just need click the "Allow" to empower the program to scan your device.
Notes: More than 20% changed of your phone battery is needed to make sure the following process.
Step 4. Preview and Recover Phone Numbers on Android
After the scanning, the program will list all the found data for you. The orange ones are the deleted contacts and the black ones undeleted. You are now able to preview each of them and at the same time tick the item you want. Finally, just click "recover" to save them to your computer.
