Step1. Run iTunes and connect your iPhone

Step2. Choose a backup and restore it to your iPhone

Click "Restore from Backup..." at the bottom right corner, and then choose a backup file from the pop-up window and restore the whole file.

Note: The entire file you restore may contain some reduplicated and useless data. If you don't want to retrieve the whole file folder, you' better try iPhone Data Recovery, a third party recovery tool, which enables you to preview lost data and selectively restore those you need.

Part 3: Restore iPhone from Previous Backup via iCloud (Entire Restore)

Before restoring lost data from iCloud backup file, you need to set your iPhone as a new one. Those existing data will be erased.
