It seems that there is no other choices for you. Scan the iTunes or iCloud backup
Restore from iTunes Backup File
Launch the program and choose "Recover from iTunes Backup Files". Then all iTunes backup files in your iPhone will be displayed automatically. You just need to choose one file of them and hit "Start Scan" button to reach data in the file.

Recover from iCloud Backup File
Launch the program and choose "Recover from iCloud Backup Files". Then you need to log in your iCloud account. You can download and extract any backup file in your iCloud account.

Step1. Run iTunes and connect your iPhone
Connect your iPhone to computer and run iTunes. When the window of iTunes shows up, click the name of your iPhone under "Device" on the left side.
Step2. Choose a backup and restore it to your iPhone
Click "Restore from Backup..." at the bottom right corner, and then choose a backup file from the pop-up window and restore the whole file.

Before restoring lost data from iCloud backup file, you need to set your iPhone as a new one. Those existing data will be erased.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.

Choose the one in the red circle: Restore from iCloud Backup. Then choose a backup file restore it to your iPhone.
